Tesla and SpaceX CEO Ilon Musk periodically posts original posts on Twitter about cryptocurrencies.
Back in 2019, he admitted that Dogecoin (DOGE) was his favourite coin.
After that, the inventor touched on ether (ETH). Musk on Twitter urged users of that social network not to use such an altcoin.
In addition, he stressed that the etherium network does not bother him at all, and he does not intend to use this blockchain.
This week, the well-known businessman touched on bitcoin and mentioned the cryptocurrency again on Twitter. He commented on a post by BTC supporter and writer Ben Mezrich. That one wrote that he wouldn’t mind getting paid in bitcoin.
Under this tweet, Musk wrote that he wouldn’t mind (getting paid in BTC) either. Mezrich is known for having previously written a book about the Winklevoss twin brothers who became billionaires using bitcoin.
Elon Musk himself did not specify what he meant when he published his post. Some social media users even asked him if they could buy Tesla electric cars with bitcoins.
